Finspan: Sharks & Reefs dives deeper into the world of Finspan, adding a new focus on sharks and the fish that call coral reefs home. It's an expansion that feels purposeful rather than padded — the coral reef overlay system gives players a new spatial goal to work towards. The shark cards introduce a predatory dynamic that sits alongside the existing engine-building rather than disrupting it.

The expansion adds 80 new fish cards, 75 coral tokens, and five reef overlay mats that sit on top of your ocean zone boards. New card abilities interact with the coral mechanic, rewarding players who build a thriving reef ecosystem. There's also full Automa support, with replacement Nautoma cards included for solo play.
