How can I request a return?
To request a return, please follow these steps:
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. You can also click here to get started.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
6. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
Please keep a note of your tracking number so we can use this if your parcel goes missing.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 30-day returns policy. If you change your mind, items should be returned in the same condition you received them—unused, with tags where applicable, and in their original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
What are the shipping options?
We offer Standard Delivery (2-4 working days), Express Delivery (1-3 working days), and Next-Day Delivery (1-2 working days) for UK mainland addresses. Orders received before 12:30pm will be sent out the same day. Please note that shipping is only available for UK mainland addresses.
How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched and you are looking to cancel it, please contact our customer service team at info@lifeofgames.co.uk. We will do our best to cancel the order before dispatch, but cannot guarantee this. If your item(s) are still dispatched, we will provide a returns label. Upon safe receipt in original condition, we will issue a full refund minus the cost of the return label.
