Wyrmspan

Wyrmspan is a standalone engine-building game for 1–5 players set in a world of dragons. You're excavating a hidden labyrinth and enticing dragons to roost across three caves — the Crimson Cavern, Golden Grotto, and Amethyst Abyss — chaining their abilities as your sanctuary grows. Familiar in structure to Wingspan but distinct in feel, with coins replacing action cubes and a central Dragon Guild board driving end-game scoring.

Each round you choose to excavate new cave spaces, entice dragons using resources, or explore your caves to trigger chains of abilities. The action economy is tighter than Wingspan and the decisions feel weightier, making this a satisfying step up for engine-building fans.
