Wingspan Pocket takes everything that makes the award-winning Wingspan so compelling and distils it into a faster, more accessible package. Each turn you activate a single row of cards, keeping the game moving at a brisk pace without losing that satisfying sense of building something beautiful. The double-sided cards do double duty — one side shows food, the other a bird — and bird powers are expressed primarily through icons, making the game intuitive to pick up even for first-timers.
New to this version is the ongoing (green) benefit mechanic, which rewards long-term thinking and gives experienced players plenty to chew on. Wingspan Pocket features birds from around the world and is fully standalone — the birds here aren't compatible with the original Wingspan, so this is its own complete experience in a small, travel-friendly box.
Accessible enough for newer players, layered enough for veterans. Whether you're introducing someone to the hobby or looking for a lighter evening game that still rewards good decisions, Wingspan Pocket earns its place on the shelf.

Great delivery and quality as usual.
fantastic packaging and arrived very quicky
Super speedy delivery
A great game, with short rounds, suitable for our 6 year old and even our 3 yeah old (with a bit of help). The unlock progression really helps bring in new rules and challenges, without overwhelming everyone from the very first game.
It’s not that easy finding a game that my dyslexic ADHD 10yr old son enjoys but this one ticks all his boxes! We love it!!
Fantastic price, swift delivery & EXTREMELY well packaged, which in the age of Amazon has become a forgotten art. Game arrived without a single dent or ding. Perfection & thank you.
Excellent service and packaging. Thank you, would recommend.
Great service as always!
Had a great experience with Life of Games. I got in touch with a bit of a request around my order and they were super quick to reply and really helpful.
They went out of their way to sort things for me, no hassle at all, and everything was handled quickly and smoothly. Just really nice, friendly service from start to finish.
Always good to find a shop that actually cares about its customers. Would definitely order from them again 👍
