Play your cards at the right time and outsmart your opponents to get their best recruits. When will you be able to play? What will happen before it's your turn? When everyone has chosen, reveal your cards at the same time. The card with the highest value goes first.
Take a stack of cards from the middle of the table and apply the rules of rock, paper, scissors. Your card replaces this stack on the table.
