Cranium Hoopla

Cranium Hoopla is a fast-paced cooperative party game where everyone works together against the clock. With 300 cards covering commonly known people, places, and objects, it’s the kind of game that gets loud, silly, and surprisingly tense — all within 20 minutes.

Each player is dealt 4 cards, with 8 more added to a shared Play Pile. On your turn, roll the die to determine your clue type, then race to get the group to guess your card before the timer runs out. When a card is guessed, draw another from the Play Pile and pass the die. The team wins if all cards are cleared within 15 minutes — or loses together if time runs out. Stuck on a card? You can discard it, but two new cards enter the game as a penalty.

The four clue types keep every turn different:

• Cloodle — draw and doodle your clues
• Tongue-Tied — give clues using only words starting with one letter
• Soundstage — act it out or use sound effects (no words!)
• Tweener — hint with “it’s bigger than X but smaller than Y”
