Returns accepted for 30 days

We offer a 30-day returns policy. You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received—unused, with tags where applicable, and in original packaging.

We provide a free prepaid returns label for all orders under £100. If your item is faulty or damaged, we'll cover all return costs regardless of order value.

For orders over £100, as postage costs are more substantial, we ask that you use a tracked returns service of your choice and cover the cost of return postage. Please keep your tracking details safe.

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method.

Please note: items remain your responsibility until they reach us, so we recommend using a tracked and insured service when returning goods.

If we don't hear from you within 30 days of delivery, we'll assume the order has been accepted.


Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return. You can also click here to get started.

1. Log in to your account:

  1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request Return. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

6. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.

Please keep a note of your tracking number so we can use this if your parcel goes missing.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How will you refund me?

We will issue the refund to the same payment method used for the order.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you notice any defects or damages, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can promptly assist you.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Cancelling Orders

If your order has not yet been dispatched and you are looking to cancel it, please contact our customer service team at info@lifeofgames.co.uk. We will do our best to cancel the order before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee this. Although we will do our best to notify the warehouse of your cancellation, in rare cases, your item(s) may still be dispatched to you. If this occurs, we will promptly provide you with a returns label to send the item(s) back to us. Upon safe receipt of the item(s) in their original condition, we will issue a full refund. The return label will be provided free of charge.

Your Rights Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

As a UK customer, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund — regardless of our standard returns policy. What if my item arrived damaged or faulty?

Please inspect your order on delivery and contact us immediately at info@lifeofgames.co.uk with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including the return label fee.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, contact us at info@lifeofgames.co.uk as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you'll need to follow the standard returns process.

Can I exchange an item?

We don't offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
